Dylan Burch is passionate about his work in Family Law and understands that a separation can be an incredibly difficult and emotional time for people. He offers understanding, compassion and effective options to help his clients deal with their issues.
Dylan offers advice about property, children and family violence matters. He has a special focus on complex property matters and enjoys dealing with family companies and trusts associated with the relationship.
Dylan also works directly with matters involving family violence and Intervention Orders in the Magistrates Court. He appears on a regular basis in these matters and has vast hands on experience.
He offers concise plain English advice to his clients in the attempt to try and reach a fast and cost-effective settlement.
