Giselle is a passionate family lawyer dedicated to providing a high level of service to clients.
Giselle recognises the emotional challenges of separation and employs an understanding, yet pragmatic approach aimed towards resolving matters as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
Giselle is experienced in assisting clients in a wide range of family law matters including divorces, complex property matters and sensitive parenting matters involving serious allegations of family violence. She provides clear, strategic guidance to help clients navigate the complexities of the family law jurisdiction.
Early in her career and prior to her admission Giselle worked across various legal practice areas before specialising in family law. This offers a unique perspective and has led to Giselle’s keen interest in how other practice areas intersect with family law, particularly in property matters.
Although Giselle specialises in family law, she also takes enquiries from Spanish speaking clients requiring assistance in other matters to assist the community.
