Jenny Au joined Aitken Partners in August and is a lawyer in our Litigation Team. With experience working at the Supreme Court of Victoria, Jenny was associate to the Honourable Associate Justice Gardiner and Judicial Registrar Caporale. At the Court, she worked on Commercial Court matters but also gained extensive experience with judicial mediations, and specialist lists including the Corporations, Wind-up, Oppression, Testators Family Maintenance and Associate Judges’ Applications Lists.
In addition to her commercial law and litigation experience, Jenny also has experience working on personal injury and insurance law matters. She has volunteered for community legal centres and not for profit organisations. She also has been engaged in further study, having completed the first half of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association’s Advanced Certification.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Jenny Au enjoys listening to classical music, art, history, sewing and baking.
