Lauren Woolley is a property and business lawyer with extensive experience across residential and commercial transactions, including retail and residential leasing, easement disputes between neighbours and adverse possession.

Her property experience includes:
- Reviewing, negotiating and advising on Contracts of Sale (including off-the-plan properties).
- Preparing Contracts of Sale and Vendor statements.
- Completing and providing advice on property settlements, including stamp duty concessions, related party transfers, caveats, spousal transfers and deceased estates.
She also has experience in business law, including sale of business matters.
