Richard Bowen is the firm’s General Manager. He oversees Aitken Partners’ operations and works closely with the leadership team to execute strategic initiatives. He helps to maintain the high standards of service and professional excellence for which Aitken Partners is known, and his leadership plays a crucial role in driving the firm’s success and ensuring that it continues to thrive in the competitive legal landscape. His leadership style is both strategic and supportive, ensuring that the firm not only meets its operational goals but also nurtures its cultural values.
In optimising Aitken Partners’ organisational performance, Richard leverages his broad leadership and management experience across professional services, corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations.
Richard also Chairs the Advisory Board of Cortex Health and serves as Chair of the South Metro Junior Football League.
