Sean is a dedicated legal professional with a passion for advocating on behalf of clients impacted by compulsory acquisition. Since joining Aitken Partners, Sean has played an integral role in the Compulsory Acquisition team.
Recently promoted to Associate, Sean has earned a reputation for his strategic approach, attention to detail, and ability to achieve favourable outcomes. His strong client relationships and negotiation skills have been particularly evident in high-stakes matters, where he has stepped up to lead critical aspects of cases.
Sean studied at La Trobe University, where he completed a double degree in Law and Science (Computer Science Major). During this time, he gained valuable hands-on experience volunteering at a community law centre, working alongside experienced senior lawyers to assist vulnerable clients.
Beyond his legal work, Sean is an avid sports enthusiast and a committed team player both on and off the field. He actively plays rugby for the Eltham Rugby Union Football Club and basketball for multiple teams, and enjoys following a wide range of sports.
