Valerie is an experienced lawyer who specialises in estates and wills dispute matters, including family provision claims, disputes involving the validity of a Will, removal of executor applications, Will construction applications and VCAT administration and guardianship matters. She acts for plaintiffs and defendants. Her experience extends to estate matters in New South Wales and the ACT.
She came to law following a 15-year career in media and her communication experience means she advocates for her clients in a way that is accessible to them. She enjoys putting her clients minds at ease by ensuring their legal matter is handled with great care.
Valerie is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Victorian Women Lawyers and the Western Bulldogs.
